If insulated glass does not have a high tech thermal barrier schild built into the glass makeup then the probability of this added thickness of material being a tremendous benefit is very slim. This return on investment calculator was developed as a general outline software design for all kinds of outdoor patio’s.  You simply type in your response to each question and a approximate term of payments to months will be your final answer. We do understand that there are many other variables that could affect your bottom line but assuming that marketing, rent, utilities, etc are a fixed based upon your regular business costs that your outdoor patio is simply an extra. Most restaurants have earned enough added income for a 2-3 year return.

I noticed that you have installed several project on the rooftops of high rises, are they restaurants as well?

Yes they are for the most part. Most of our rooftop enclosures are used for restaurants and nightlife bars. They have become a simple of Roll-A-Cover’s successes because of our unique and exclusive approaches to developing sunrooms that can be easily craned onto a roof in one piece or in a few sections for a quick install. The excitement that we have created throughout the high rise industry of developers is over whelming. Imaging utilizing a rooftop of a hotel for as a added income producing venue and most of the time having it be your greatest income producing tool. Who doesn’t want to see the city lights whether it’s a nice day and the telescopic sunroom enclosure is open or on a dreary day when this telescopic sunroom enclosure is closed.
